Duties

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, personal, social,

and emotional growth.

Assist students with course selection, college applications, and career planning.
Create a course schedule and schedule students for classes within FACTS software.
Support students in personal development, goal setting, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate standardized testing and interpret results for students, parents, and faculty.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs and

promote a positive school environment.

Provide resources and referrals for students experiencing personal or family challenges.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
Facilitate programs on topics such as study skills, stress management, and post-secondary

planning.

Support the school's Catholic mission through participation in faith-based activities and

ethical guidance.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience in a school counseling role preferred.
Strong understanding of adolescent development and educational guidance.
Commitment to the values and teachings of the Catholic Church.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Familiarity with college admissions processes and scholarship opportunities

Salary/Benefits

Salary Range: $37,571 - $49,531 (Based on years of service and level of education)
