Job Summary Job Summary Julian Charter School is currently looking for a Full Time Occupational Therapist to provide service in the San Diego county area for the 26-27 school year. This position is a 11 mth position and will be required to travel between sites at our Encinitas campuses. The Occupational Therapist participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team for assessments and development of an individualized education program if student is found eligible for special education services. They serve as a member of the educational team serving the needs of children and their families; provide assessment and direct services related to sensory-motor development and other identified developmental needs; provide consultation related to sensory-motor development; provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services based upon needs determined through established processes; Provide assessment, consultation to school staff and parents, and direct occupational therapy to students enrolled in or referred to special education programs under IDEA and Section 504 View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Education, Experience, Licenses and Other Requirements: Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy and California registration as an Occupational Therapist.
