Speech Language Pathologist
Job Details
We're hiring a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work exclusively with school-aged or birth-to-5 students this school year! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact while collaborating with a supportive team. ASAP start with immediate interviews-apply today!
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
* Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
* Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
* Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
* Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active SLP license in the state of MD (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
* Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
* Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
* Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success
