Desired Experience and Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will consider Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants
• Experience or genuine interest in working with K-12 students, including those with diverse communication needs
• Solid communication and collaboration abilities for working alongside educators, administrators, and families
• Strong organization and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to create effective communication strategies
• Maintain thorough and timely student records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Engage in professional development activities as appropriate
