Superintendent/Principal

Duties

The Opdyke-Belle Rive Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of superintendent/principal for the 2026-2027 school year. The position will begin July 1, 2026.

Qualifications

Candidates will be evaluated on their professional experience which demonstrates a strong alignment with the district.

The superintendent/principal will be an educational leader who:

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have budget/finance experience.
• Foster a professional and positive climate and culture for all stakeholders.
• Facilitate meaningful and ongoing family and community engagement.
• Develop and support curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Works cooperatively and effectively with the board of education.
