About the Role
Join Sunbelt Staffing as a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 20262027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across two campuses, supporting students in developing essential communication skills that drive academic achievement and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license required
- ASHA CCCs preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
