Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Physical Therapy license (required for application)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or educational PT settings preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills

• Willingness and comfort in covering a maternity leave assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and collaborate on goal development
• Consult and communicate with educators, support staff, and caregivers regarding progress and recommendations
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
• Adapt interventions to meet the changing needs of your caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
