Cashion Public Schools are seeking a collaborative, student-centered educational leader to serve as our next Assistant Principal for grades PK-8. The ideal candidate is an instructional leader with strong experience in curriculum and instruction, implementation of the Science of Reading, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). This individual will work closely with administration, teachers, students, and families to promote academic excellence, positive school culture, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
Valid Oklahoma administrator certification
Minimum of three years successful teaching experience preferred
Administrative experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of:
Curriculum development and instructional best practices
Science of Reading implementation and literacy intervention strategies
MTSS frameworks, data analysis, and student intervention systems
Student behavior supports and positive school culture initiatives
