The role focuses on psychoeducational evaluations, eligibility determinations, consultation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a structured virtual environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for K-12 students
Prepare compliant evaluation reports and eligibility documentation
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Support compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and assessment documentation
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
Active New Mexico Level 3 School Psychologist license/certification
School-based experience preferred
Strong understanding of evaluations, eligibility processes, and special education compliance
Experience providing services in a virtual or remote setting preferred
Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
