About the Role
This virtual Speech-Language Pathologist position supports K-12 students across Louisiana through remote, school-based speech and language services. The role focuses on evaluations, direct therapy, and collaborative participation in IEP processes within a structured virtual setting.
Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech-language therapy aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and service plans
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring records
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and team consultations
Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Louisiana Speech-Language Pathology license
ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
School-based experience preferred
Telepractice or virtual service delivery experience preferred
Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
