Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for, or possessing, SLP licensure for practice in schools Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and consultation for a diverse K-12 caseload Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards in service delivery Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language pathology services Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Complete documentation and maintain student records in a timely fashion Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed within contracted hours Full-time employees can access a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as 401k options.
