Occupational Therapist

• Provide targeted evidence-based therapeutic OT interventions to facilitate participation and occupational performance within the school environment
• Maintain required records, including daily therapy notes, evaluation reports, IEPs, progress reports, Maine Care records and other records
• Assist in keeping files up to date
• Complete assessments
• Attend IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and other service providers to assist in making modifications and accommodations in their classroom activities to address student needs
• Present as well as participate in professional development trainings
