Care Coordinator Attendance Nurse

Applications are being accepted for a Care Coordinator/Attendance Nurse for the Belchertown Public Schools.

Qualifications: Bachelors in Nursing, certified or eligible for certification as a School Nurse by Department of Elementary and Secondary Education; minimum of two years nursing experience, pediatric preferred; Registered through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN); certified in CPR/AED, CPR Trainer or willing to be trained; excellent in interpersonal communication skills; experience in collaborating with professional agencies regarding school health issues.
