Job Description
Anticipated Attendance Secretary - One position at Scott Middle School and One Position at North Brandywine Middle School
6.5 hours per day, 189 days per year
Two anticipated positions needed, one at each middle school. Successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral form. Candidate will have strong computer skills, working knowledge of student Eschools, Microsoft Word, Excel and AESOP Programs. Candidate must have strong organizational and record keeping skills. Successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, accurate in work, efficient and possess the ability to provide positive and friendly customer service. Confidentiality is essential. Job duties include, but are not limited to, typing correspondence, answering phones, taking messages, keeping daily attendance (computer input, letters, citations), discipline matters (letters and reports), student database maintenance, and mail distribution. Complete other tasks as assigned by principal. High school diploma required.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Skills Assessment will be given.
External Candidates: Clearances will be required for applicants selected to move on to 2nd round interviews. This includes: Act 34 (State Criminal Clearance), Act 151 (Child Abuse Clearance) and Act 114 (FBI Clearance). All clearances must be within 1 year of application date.
$20/hour
