You'll work with a manageable caseload, typically around 45 students, collaborating with educators, families, and administrators to help each child reach their full communication potential. Experience the unique energy of a school year, from August to late May, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Strong background in both individual and group therapy approaches Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Previous experience in a school or healthcare setting is highly valued Team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping young learners Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse caseload Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's needs in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and services provided Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Serve as an advocate for effective communication within the school environment Step into a fulfilling role where your expertise can change lives every dayapply now to launch your next school-based adventure for the upcoming academic year.
