Qualifications and Preferred Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but open to strong CFY candidates Previous experience in a K-8 school or pediatric setting is ideal Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for working with diverse learners and contributing to a positive school culture Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in general education K-8 classrooms Conduct speech/language assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective service delivery Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and regulatory requirements Assist in developing language and communication-rich classroom environments Adapt therapy techniques to address a variety of communication needs Why Consider This Role?
