Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions in both individual and group formats
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Adapt therapy approaches to serve a variety of age groups from PreK through 8th grade
