Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start Experience with pediatric caseloads in educational or healthcare settings preferred SLP-CFYs and experienced SLP-CCCs both welcome Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with all regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student supports This contract offers competitive weekly pay on a W2 basis, along with a variety of health and life insurance plans, CEU reimbursement, and 401(k) options, including company matching.
