Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong and established track record of leading and growing a private Christian school. We are looking for a team player who is energetic, highly organized, dedicated to details and has a caring attitude toward faculty and parents. Must have 5+ years recent experience classroom teaching and leading a school of over 75 students, managing staff and teachers.

Admissions & Marketing
Budget & Finance
Supervise all staff
Oversee hiring process and orientation for new staff.
Oversee contract with Early Learning Coalition of PBC for VPK
Conduct parent tours .
Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills in English. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education or Administration.
A Florida Director Credential issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
