Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language interventions for elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs
• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each students goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult on strategies for integrating communication supports in the classroom
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices at all times

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current and valid FL Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary team and with diverse student populations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• CCCs preferred, but CFs will be considered
• Willingness to work on-site as preferred by the district
• Must be available for a full-time schedule and able to commit to the full school year
