School-Based Physical Therapist - Frewsburg, NY

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current New York Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Previous experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy services
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
• Ability to adapt approach to diverse student needs and educational environments

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students one day a week (8:15am-2:15pm, Monday through Friday scheduling options)
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all school and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote successful student outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, sharing your expertise to support student goals
