The Williamsburg Neighborhood Nursery School is seeking an individual to join our administrative team for the 2026-27 school year. We are seeking someone who is warm, friendly, enjoys young children, and is able to execute the following responsibilities: Finance: accounts receivable and payable (managing tuition/enrollment deposit collection, bill payment, etc), payroll and benefits management, budgeting, long term financial planning, etc. Must be fluent in Quickbooks Online, spreadsheets Records Management : including DOH and intake records for children, in collaboration with director, to ensure that school meets all DOH Article 47 requirements Collaborating in the Ordering and tracking of class materials School Facilities : Collaborating with school director in maintaining and caring for school facilities, attending to elements that need repair or attention, and contacting outside services for repairs Serving as a front facing member of our administrative staff, developing and maintaining meaningful connection with families. Office Manager will collaborate with director on community outreach and marketing efforts. 20 hours a week/4 days a week in person Experience in working with a non profit/ in a school setting highly preferable. MA preferred, BA required Position(s) reports to on-side Director (daily) and off-site Board of Directors (quarterly).
