School Speech Language Pathologist - Fortson, Georgia

This contract role offers an exciting opportunity for both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and SLP-CFYs ready to make an impact in a supportive educational environment. With a flexible start in August 2026 and assignments running through May 2027 (including possible pre/post planning days), youll provide high-quality therapy and support tailored to student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLP License
• Current GaPSC Educator Certification
• SLP-CFYs and fully credentialed SLP-CCCs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school-based speech-language pathology is valuable
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to fostering growth and communication skills in students of varying backgrounds and abilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site speech-language assessment and therapy services to students across assigned caseloads
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams addressing diverse student needs
• Participate in school meetings, planning days, and professional development as needed
• Adjust interventions to meet student and district goals
