Excelsior Charter School is the home of the Eagles where students and staff thrive together! Our mission is "Together, Preparing Students to Be Successful Adults" and we accomplish this through a rich hybrid academic model, which includes a blend of in-person, distance learning, and dual enrollment opportunities for every student. Excelsior is a fully WASC Accredited 7th-12th grade charter school, now opening its 8th campus. Our new teachers are fully supported every step of the way. Master's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. Valid California Clear teaching credential required Valid California Administrative Credential required or currently enrolled in an Administrative Credential program Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience required Administrative experience preferred Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Experience with attendance, discipline, MTSS, student services, or student support systems preferred Experience working with foster youth, homeless students, or other vulnerable populations highly desirable Experience in a multi-site or charter school environment preferred
