Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification and license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience or strong interest working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for helping students meet their goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify functional needs and create targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services, including both group and one-on-one sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and administrators to support student success
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school procedures
• Adapt therapeutic techniques and interventions to meet individual student needs in the school environment
