Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a practicing Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Dedication to developing tailored interventions supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs while working closely with teachers and staff to identify areas requiring OT support
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students fine motor, sensory, and functional challenges
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate results with families and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on student goals and progress
• Incorporate creative and evidence-based strategies to foster engagement and positive outcomes
• Offer training and resources to educators and parents for classroom and at-home success
