Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and family members

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to individual student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Evaluate students abilities and develop personalized treatment plans addressing fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and more
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to implement therapy goals in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide insights and hands-on strategies for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
