They collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster a supportive learning environment, implement intervention strategies, and address student needs. Counselors also conduct individual and group counseling sessions and assist with crisis intervention, and ensure compliance with state educational policies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree; previous experience and/or training preferred.
