With a manageable caseload of just three students, you'll be able to deliver individualized attention and build strong rapport, helping each child achieve their full potential. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule with approximately 3-5 hours each week at one school, with the possibility to expand your workload up to 10 hours a week if you are open to working with another nearby charter school.
