USD 459 pays 75% single employee health and dental per month, plus $250.00 per dependent policy, if applicable. Additionally, USD 459 pays for a single short-term disability plan, plus a family medical transportation plan, and we have a matching 403(b) policy.

Salary Information

2025-2026 Base Salary is $42,500.00

USD #459 Bucklin Schools is a community 25 miles southeast of Dodge City. We have a steady enrollment of 200 students. Our students perform well at all academic levels. Recently our students have qualified for state scholars bowl, state forensics, state track, and state basketball. USD 459 has four career pathways and participation by students continues to grow.
