Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Pediatric experience, preferably within schools or similar settings

- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations and needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy to students, addressing a range of speech, language, articulation, and fluency disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
