Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Pediatric/School-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to organize caseload management and independently prioritize tasks
• Commitment to best practices in supporting student growth and IEP compliance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in pre-K through 12th-grade students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions individually and in small groups, both in-person and within classroom settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective interventions and strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
