Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Pediatric/School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to organize caseload management and independently prioritize tasks
- Commitment to best practices in supporting student growth and IEP compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in pre-K through 12th-grade students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions individually and in small groups, both in-person and within classroom settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective interventions and strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
