Qualifications:

• Current certification and active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Background in pediatrics and school-based therapy
• Experience working with students in Pre-K, Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary (K-5), as well as Middle (6-8) and High School (9-12) levels
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student
• Provide direct therapy services to students across a variety of ages and grade levels
• Collaborate with classroom staff, special education teams, and families for comprehensive support
• Maintain organized documentation of student progress and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews
