Qualifications and Experience Sought: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Comfortable providing therapy both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students Organizational skills to manage assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation efficiently Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting students' specific needs Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions aligned with educational goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and interventions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents Offer teletherapy services as needed, utilizing digital tools to connect with students remotely Provide support and guidance to families for carryover activities at home This position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment.
