QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's Degree
• Appropriate State of Ohio Administrative License
• Minimum of five years successful teaching, administrative and/or supervisory experience, is preferred
• Primary/Secondary building-level experience
• Recognized instructional leadership with demonstrated expertise in partnering with others to elevate the level of instruction and improve achievement
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and human relations skills
• Demonstrates experience working with students, parents, staff, and administrators
• Demonstrates experience working with diverse learners
• Experience using technology as both a management and instructional tool
• Evaluates teaching effectiveness based on student achievement
• Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning
• Experience with personnel, student and fiscal management
• Creates a learning climate that supports student achievement and safety
• A satisfactory report from Criminal Records check
• Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record
• Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students
• Adheres to school, district, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws
