This in-person, contract role provides full-time hours (37.5 hours weekly) working closely with a diverse population, primarily elementary-aged children, while also connecting with students in middle and high school settings.

Leverage your Occupational Therapy skills to create positive outcomes for young learners. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across a caseload of approximately 30 students, designing interventions that promote independence, participation, and academic success. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist licensure
• Prior experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Comfort working with caseloads spanning elementary, middle, and high school ages
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for engaging, motivating, and supporting students with diverse needs
• Able to develop and modify individualized treatment plans to suit each learner

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine unique OT needs and goals
• Develop and implement customized intervention strategies
• Collaborate actively with teaching staff, parents, and related service providers
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per school requirements
• Provide education and resources to families and teachers as needed
