Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
- Ability to deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Deliver therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings, tailored to students academic and social needs
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student development and carry over strategies into the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
