Elementary Middle School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Columbus, OH

What we're looking for:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Ohio licensure as an SLP, or eligibility for licensure
• Willingness to work with students across a range of age groups (elementary through high school)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing learning
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows welcomed!

Your contributions will include:

• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapy
• Providing direct services to students with speech and language needs
• Documenting progress notes, evaluations, and IEP-related materials
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Educating students, staff, and families to support carry-over strategies and awareness
