QUALIFICATIONS Education and Certification Master's Degree in Educational Administration from an accredited university. Valid Texas Principal Certificate or other appropriate administrative licensure. Current certification as a T-TESS Appraiser. Completion of ILD (Instructional Leadership Development) or AEL/ALD (Advancing Educational Leadership) certification. Special Knowledge and Skills Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum design, instructional best practices, and assessment strategies. Demonstrated ability to evaluate instructional programs and drive teaching effectiveness. Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and personnel supervision. Strong capacity to interpret and implement district policies, procedures, and data analysis. Ability to coordinate and oversee daily campus functions and operations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and public relations skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and the community. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience. Proven experience in instructional leadership roles
