Rochester Community and Technical College is seeking applications for potential adjunct instructors who qualify to teach reading courses. The English and Reading Department is looking for a part-time faculty member available to teach developmental college courses in reading. Salary Range: Salary is determined in accordance with the MSCF Collective Bargaining Agreement and is based on the candidate's education and related experience. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree with a major in Reading or Literacy, or Master's degree in any discipline/field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in reading. A Master's degree in Education with 18 graduate credits in reading or literacy and/or reading specialist certification would also be accepted. Preferred Qualification Previous teaching experience in developmental reading for college students is highly desired.
