JOB GOAL: To provide administrative support to the school building administration in efficiently and effectively meeting school goals
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains the following records:
Gains and Losses
Attendance/Absentees/Excuses
Permanent Records
Cumulative Records
Teachers
Attendance
Personnel Files
Maintains sick and annual leave for employees.
Receives and distributes mail.
Types correspondence and handbook materials, as request by the principal.
Maintains a school filing system.
Duplicates office materials.
Conducts proper office equipment maintenance and reports the need for repair.
Has a working knowledge of office computer skills, including JPAMS & Alio.
Prepares school reports
Lunch Reports
Student Attendance Reports
Staff Attendance Reports
Greets visitors/answers phone in a friendly manner and directs them according to need.
Maintains a current substitute list, and secures subs as directed by the Principal.
Performs any additional duties assigned by the Superintendent and/or evaluator.
