Each opening is structured for a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade and collaborating with educators to foster academic and communication success.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP PEL with SLP Endorsement.
- Experience or internship background in K-12 settings preferred (elementary, middle, and high school).
- Eligibility to work in schools as an SLP or SLP-CFY.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families.
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices and progress monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments.
- Participate in development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for compliance and student progress.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support students learning goals.
- Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers and families to promote communication strategies.
