Essential Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience delivering school-based SLP services, particularly at the elementary level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Committed to working onsite for the duration of the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students on a resource-level caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student development
- Provide recommendations and interventions that help students achieve communication milestones
