Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Hold a valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility within the state
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Skilled in conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing data-driven recommendations
- Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and IEP development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive assessments for student learning and behavioral needs
- Guide teams to interpret data and implement evidence-based interventions
- Support compliance with federal and state regulations, including IDEA
- Participate in student support meetings and provide consultative services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Engage in ongoing communication with staff and families
