Description: Administrator, Director - Preschool

Job Summary: The DIRECTOR of PRESCHOOL provides leadership, supervision, and oversight for all district preschool programming, including preschool special education and collaborative early childhood services. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; promotes evidence-based instructional practices; and supports continuous improvement through the effective use of data. The Director collaborates with district leaders, staff, families, and community partners to ensure preschool students are served in the least restrictive environment and prepared for successful transitions into kindergarten.

Qualifications: Master's degree required, with coursework in special education.

Valid Ohio licensure in supervision or school administration.

Extensive knowledge of preschool and preschool special education programming.

Valid Ohio driver's license.

Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 227 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
