SAU 29 is a dynamic and collaborative educational community serving seven distinct member school districts: Chesterfield, Harrisville, Keene, Marlborough, Marlow, Nelson, and Westmoreland. Key Responsibilities

*

Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Superintendent and leadership team to provide cohesive administrative oversight to all seven member districts.

*

Program Enhancement: Mobilize community, staff, and financial resources to develop, maintain, and elevate K-12 instructional and educational programs.

*

District Supervision: Assist in supervising and supporting member school districts to ensure equitable access to quality education.

*

Fiscal Responsibility: Oversee and contribute to strategic budget development and resource management across the SAU.

Education & Certification

*

Required: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

*

Preferred: Doctorate or Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (C.A.G.S.) in Educational Leadership.

*

Licensure: Valid New Hampshire Professional Certification (or immediate eligibility to obtain certification with the appropriate endorsement).

Experience

*

Instruction & Administration: 10 or more years of successful K-12 instructional experience and/or school administration experience.

*

Financial Management: 5 or more years of demonstrated experience in budget development and management.

*

A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
