Desired Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
• Background in school-based OT, pediatric settings, or healthcare/home health environments preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to develop tailored intervention plans in an educational context

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of students (elementary to middle school)
• Evaluate and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide recommendations for adaptive strategies or accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decisions
