Specialized Reading Teacher

Webster Public Schools is seeking qualified candidates for the position for Specialized Reading Teacher at Webster Middle School.

The School District is seeking a qualified District-Wide Specialized Reading Teacher to provide targeted reading instruction to students across multiple schools and grade levels. Candidates must hold Wilson Certification and demonstrate expertise in evidence-based reading instruction and planning. Responsibilities include providing individualized and small-group instruction, conducting formal and informal assessments, monitoring student progress, writing progress reports, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teachers, service providers, administrators, and families to support student achievement. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic growth and student success.
