Additional stipend in accordance with APT Negotiated Agreement Benefits Offered: Medical/Vision and Dental, FSA/LFSA and Dependent Care, Life & AD&D Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Tuition Reimbursement, TRS, 403B/457 For more information, please feel free to refer to the information provided in the APT contract available on our website Contract Information FTE: 1.0 9 month position Hours: In accordance with APT Calendar Description: Assist the administrative team in establishing a school climate which encourages good conduct, positive attitudes and values for all students. Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff members. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff members, parents, and students. Carry out established discipline expectations and/or guidelines. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Assist the administrative team to develop school improvement plans that contain strategies to improve learning and discipline. Analyze and interpret school level data. Responsible for student attendance, conduct, health and safety. Participate in staff development and school improvement activities in order to maintain professional growth. Participate in events outside of the regularly scheduled work day such as orientation, open houses, or conferences. Experience working with a diverse population is preferred but not required.
