Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification, or eligibility to obtain

  • School-based experience is a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Design and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, focused on student-specific goals
  • Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student progress
  • Engage in literacy and curriculum planning to enhance student learning
  • Identify at-risk students and offer early intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines
  • Supervise and provide mentorship to student clinicians, clinical fellows, and SLPAs
